Oden is bigger than our other floorstander Vale and a true 3-way design, but only one size larger, making them still very easy to furniture in your livingroom. The shape and the concrete is the same as in our other models but everything else is changed using only the best of components and is the result of more than 5 years of developement.

A truly remarkable performer that pushes musical fidelity past conventional boundaries of realism and sonic purity, in the very High End part of the market without the cost of it. Oden´s acoustically inert concrete cabinet allows its new developed 8-inch woofer of coated paper with a voicecoil made of “non-magnetic” titanium and the coaxial tweeter/midrange with a cone of magnesium/aluminum with a magnet system made of “sueperstrong” neodynium, produces deep-reaching bass and true-to-life sound, all the way from the softest chamber-music passages to rock concert output levels. This modestly-sized floor stander is designed to work well in both smaller and larger rooms alike, surrounding you with effortless, natural sound devoid of any enclosure coloration.

Just like its smaller sibling, Oden´s enclosure is molded out of a specially-formulated concrete, resulting in a uniquely inert and sonically “dead” box. The speaker cabinet is irregularly shaped and internally damped to further minimize reflections and internal resonances.

The shape of  Oden´s cabinet is acoustically adjusted. The front baffle is sloped and acoustically-treated, ideally positioning the drivers for proper phase-alignment while at the same time minimizing early reflections. The sound produced by the aligned drivers will reach the listener at the same time. The actual foot is made of Finish birch plywood and glazed in a black/brown oil-glaze, and the feet are adjutable cones in wood. If your floor is not “sensitive” you often can have them without any further shield to the floor.

The crossover is using the very best of components from Danish specialists Jantzen and are put together by hand and hardwired for best peformance.
